Now we are in a big era of East-West cultural exchanges.In this big era,Chinese entrepreneurs can not only ignore the unique charm of Eastern culture,but also hardly shift the moral values and values of Western culture.We must strive to find a corporate culture that suits us and the times,and find an entrepreneurial spirit that suits the needs of the times and improves employee satisfaction.This article focuses on the Confucian businessmen's spirit in the context of Confucian culture,and clearly and systematically expounds the basic characteristics of socially applicable Confucian businessmen's culture.It also makes a related research on the behavior of Chinese enterprise employees based on their Confucianist culture.To interpret the relevance of the Confucian business culture's characteristic structure to employee job satisfaction.It provides a reference for future companies to formulate corporate culture,improve entrepreneurial behavior,and improve employee job satisfaction.This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of Confucian business culture by combing relevant literature and combining the core ideas and connotations of Chinese Confucian culture.Drawing on the existing mature scale,it is clear that the characteristics of Confucian business culture include four dimensions: the virtue dimension,the benevolence dimension,the authority dimension,and the golden mean dimension.On this basis,based on a review of the literature on the correlation between Confucian business culture and employee satisfaction,a theoretical model for this study was constructed,and corresponding research hypotheses were put forward.Reliability analysis,validity analysis,and structural equations were used.The analysis method tests the correlation between Confucian business culture and employee satisfaction.The study found that the moral dimension,benevolence dimension,and the golden mean dimension of Confucian businessmen's cultural characteristics had significant positive correlation with employee satisfaction,and the authority dimension had significant negative correlation with employee satisfaction.Finally,based on the results of this research,from the perspective of improving employee satisfaction,it puts forward reasonable suggestions and improvement methods for the behavior of entrepreneurs and the establishment of corporate culture in China.
