Study On Two-Sided Matching Model Of One-on-One Online Oral English Educational Resources Between Teachers And Students

With the vigorous development of “Internet + Education” and the continuous growth of students’ personalized learning needs,a lot of one-on-one online oral English educational companies have emerged in recent years,and that enables students to choose teachers freely for online learning.While improving teaching individuation,it also causes the problems of mismatching between students and teachers,leading to the imbalance of supply between them,thus resulting in the waste of teachers and negatively affecting the learning effect of students.Therefore,how to build a scientific,systematic and professional two-sided matching model according to the characteristics of the industry is a problem worthy of attention.Based on the literature review,it summarizes resource matching materials,and concludes that the study of matching issues between teachers and students in the field of one-on-one online oral English learning has certain significance in both theory and practice.Starting from the development stage to get the current situation of teachers and students matching,it did some research in resource matching,teacher and student profiles,and finally chose the two-sided matching theory to solve the problem.With the guiding principle of “demand-based educational resource allocation system concept”,it built a two-sided matching model based on the educational system objectives,teacher and student profiles.Finally,it conducted a project in enterprise A.The effect is demonstrated from the two aspects of educational and economic benefits,which reflected the applicability,effectiveness and rationality of the model in teachers and students matching activities of enterprise A.The characteristics of the achievements of this thesis is that the two-sided matching model is constructed based on the matching objectives and the properties and relations of teachers and students,which improves the quality of the model.The Interpretative Structural Modeling method in the field of system engineering is introduced to replace the machine learning algorithm and the traditional expert experience,which improves the scientificity,systematicness and professionalism of construction of teacher and student profiles.The introduction of two-sided matching theory to construct the two-sided matching model between teachers and students leads to the fully promotion of the educational,social and economic benefits in the company.Find the problems in practice,try to introduce scientific management method combined with existing theory to build the model,through the application in a company A,provide a beneficial reference for the similar situations,and to promote the management and decision-making ability of resource matching issues between teachers and students,to promote the rational use of educational resources,to improve teachers’ teaching quality and students’ learning effect,and finally promotes the educational,social and economic benefits of the enterprise.
