The Transmutation Of "yi" In Chinese Contemporary Art

"Yi" is a very important aesthetic concept in China.There are many theories about Yi in Chinese painting theory,such as "Yi beyond word" and so on.And the theory of Yi has been enriched and expanded in the long-term development,and there have been many changes with the traditional aesthetic concept.In this paper,through combing the theoretical differences between the traditional artistic conception theory and the contemporary "Yi",analyzing the limitations of the traditional artistic conception theory and art works,and studying the vitality and performance of "Yi" in the field of contemporary Chinese art.Through the study of the concept of "Yi",I combed my thinking on "Yi" and the expression of "Yi" in my works from the perspective of my own practice.
