With the rapid development of Chinese international education,the number of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language is also growing.Both foreign Confucius institutes and Chinese as a foreign language classrooms are in increasing demand for teachers.However,the current in the industry,a large part of teachers from different colleges and universities students,although the school theory knowledge learning,but lack of practical teaching experience,this leads to a student teacher in the teaching activities or classroom management,will encounter many problems,the study of novice teachers classroom management can help Chinese as a foreign language teacher in order to manage students in the classroom.In classroom practice,classroom management and classroom teaching are equally important.Classroom problem behaviors are complex and the causes are diverse,which are related to teachers,students and external factors,such as classroom physical environment.In addition,the teaching style and teaching methods of intern teachers are changing,and they are easily disturbed by classroom order.Therefore,it is necessary to study the management of TCSL classroom.Teachers’ classroom management is in constant change according to the actual situation.The characteristic of educational narrative research isthat it can clearly reflect this change.It observes the teaching objects,records the classroom reality and explores the educational principles behind it.This paper adopts the method of educational narrative research,records the actual situation of the classroom,deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,and discusses the measures to solve the problems,so as to help the intern teachers of Chinese as a foreign language to manage the classroom more effectively.Taking foreign students from Yiwu Industrial and commercial College as the object of observation,this paper makes a detailed record of problematic behaviors in Chinese classroom,analyzes the author’s shortcomings in classroom management,and puts forward three Suggestions for improving teachers’ classroom management ability.Secondly,the teaching level should be improved.Finally,take the initiative to get to know the students.It is hoped that this paper can provide new ideas for TCSL teachers to solve classroom problem behaviors and enrich classroom management theories.
