Because of its high added value and wide relevance, cultural tourism industry is a sunrise industry in the world, which plays an irreplaceable role in accelerating economic and social development, increasing employment and stimulating social development vitality. As a new industry, how to coordinate and sustainable development of cultural tourism industry has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad. The merger of the Ministry of culture and the tourism administration and the establishment of the Ministry of culture and tourism indicate that the integration of culture and tourism industry has risen to the level of the reform of the national administrative mode. Most of the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward specific requirements for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, while the economic development level of each province in China is quite different;especially in the underdeveloped areas, the economic development is backward, and the people’s living standard is not high, which will inevitably affect the construction of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Inner Mongolia is not only a minority area, but also an underdeveloped area in China. There are some problems such as low level of economic development, weak industrial foundation and imperfect infrastructure. However,it gathers rich tourism resources of grassland, desert, forest and other landforms,as well as a variety of intangible cultural deposits such as history and culture,multi-ethnic integration, exotic customs, red culture and so on.First of all,the cultural resources and characteristic tourism in Inner Mongolia are regarded as a complex social ecosystem.Based on the thinking mode of system thinking,24 indexes of resource subsystem, economic subsystem and environment subsystem are selected to build the system dynamics model of cultural tourism industry in Inner Mongolia. The construction of the model can not only enrich the research of Inner Mongolia’s cultural tourism industry, but also provide relevant development ideas andCountermeasures for other minority areas and provinces in China.Secondly, the number of tourists and the income data of the cultural tourism industry from 2010 to 2017 are selected to test the validity of the model. The model has been repeatedly checked and debugged. The error rate between the real value of the data and the simulated value of the model has passed the validity test. The Inner Mongolia cultural tourism industry simulation model based on the system dynamics is feasible, and the relationship between the variables is established.Thirdly, when the incremental ratio of tourists is 0.15,0.165,0.187 5 and0.225 respectively, the model simulation prediction values of the number of tourists, the incremental number of tourists, the income of the culture and tourism industry and the income of the culture and tourism industry in 2018——2027 are selected. Finally,it can be concluded that the higher the average growth rate of the number of tourists and the income of the cultural tourism industry is,the higher the number of tourists and the increase of the number of tourists in the next 10 years, the higher the income of the cultural tourism industry and the income of the cultural tourism industry is,which shows that the number of tourists plays an important role in the whole model. As the culture and tourism industry is a new industry, the variable relationship in each subsystem of real life changes rapidly. Therefore, based on the comprehensive consideration of the model simulation results and the current situation of industry development, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the culture and tourism industry in Inner Mongolia from the influencing factors of the resource subsystem, the environment subsystem and the economic subsystem of the culture and tourism industry. It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Inner Mongolia’s culture and tourism industry, and also provides industrial development ideas for similar areas. |
