Camille Saint-Saens,a representative composer in the romantic period of the 19 th century,is a great musician who has excellent creative skills and is good at playing keyboard instrumental music.Saint-Saens has extremely high musical creation ability and has created more than 170 works covering all musical fields.The <Morecau de concert> was created in 1887,when the author was experiencing a low point in his music creation.It is a classic work created by Saint-Saens for the horn,widely played by later generations,and has made an important contribution to the development of the horn solo.The first chapter of this article briefly summarizes the life and creation of Saint-Saens,sorts out and summarizes the historical status of Saint-Saens’ creation,analyzes the creation background of this work on this basis,and makes a more in-depth study and analysis of the framework of this song from the perspective of the musical structure.The second chapter analyzes the main technical difficulties of this work and puts forward some technical suggestions on how to perform the technical difficulties.The third chapter analyzes the musical characteristics of Saint-Saens’ works and the musical styles of different composers,and makes control of the musical styles in combination with his own playing experience.Starting from the life of Saint-Saens and the creation background of this work,this paper analyzes the musical structure,performance technical difficulties and performance style of this work,and puts forward some performance suggestions,hoping to provide theoretical basis and reference platform for horn players.
