| Chinese-Chile kids are a special group in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Chinese-Chile kids have different psychological and cognitive characteristics from adults,as well as the family language environment and Chinese speaking ability of local infants.Due to the particularity of the teaching object,how to organize an efficient Chinese class that meets the characteristics of Chinese-Chile kids of Iquique,and how to create a good home-school Chinese learning environment are important.In view of this,with the help of teaching Chinese as a Chinese volunteer in the Chinese School of Chinese Business Association of Iquique,Chile.This article explores the Chinese teaching of Chinese-Chile kids in Iquique,Chile.Prior to this,I summarized the relevant theoretical achievements of the predecessors,conducted an in-depth analysis of the three parts: children’s second language teaching,Chinese children’s second language teaching,and Chilean Chinese teaching status,involving linguistics,child psychology,preschool education and teaching Chinese as a foreign language.I use the questionnaire to investigate the basic situation of Chinese children in Iquique,Chile.A preliminary understanding of the current situation of young children,the frequency of extra-curricular Chinese use,and parents’ attitudes and behaviors towards children’s learning Chinese,etc.It was found that Chinese-Chile kids have been influenced by multiple education modes,are bilingual or even multilingual users,and all have good family languages surroundings.On this basis,I made further class observations,and found that children’s oral Chinese skills are very strong,and they can use Chinese fluently for basic communication.However,most children are weak in literacy and lack vocabulary.In terms of summarizing the problems faced by ChineseChile kids in Chinese class teaching,I found problems with teaching resources such as school management,greater mobility of teachers.And less teaching and learning time,as well as the unstable attention,low literacy rate,and low homework completion rate of Chinese-Chile kids.All of this is a problem faced by Chinese class in Chinese school.In addition,this article believes that Chinese parents have played an irreplaceable role in Chinese language acquisition for Chinese-Chile kids,mainly reflected in two points: First,Chinese parents can help Chinese-Chile kids to build and enhance their cultural identity as Chinese;Second,Chinese parents can help Chinese-Chile kids improve their Chinese language knowledge.At the same time,I take this as the innovation point of this article to carry out class teaching.In the organization and implementation of Chinese teaching for Chinese-Chile kids,I collect and analyze cases of Chinese character teaching in children’s class teaching,and how to use home language environment for homework assignment and children’s class management.According to the conclusions and characteristics of the above three aspects,relevant Chinese teaching principles for Chinese-Chile kids of Chinese descent are proposed,including the principles of listening and reading first,the principle of vividness and encouragement,and the principle of making full use of family language education resources,to improve teaching efficiency and achieve better teaching results.The purpose of this article is to grasp the Chinese class teaching of Chinese-Chile kids in Iquique Chile,and to provide some practical references for Chinese teachers of Chinese-Chile kids in Chile.In addition,it puts forward some feasible thoughts and suggestions for Chinese teaching of Chinese-Chile kids in Iquique,Chile,and hopes to provide practical reference for Chinese teaching of Chinese children in overseas countries. |
