With the deepening of the study of Chinese as a Second language,more and more scholars are concerned about the learning strategies of Chinese.As one of the four basic language skills,"listening" plays an indispensable role in the process of language learning.In this paper,the Japanese students in the junior class of Dalian University of Foreign Languages are taken as the subjects.Referring to Oxford(1990)language learning strategy scale,through the research method of questionnaire and interview,we can understand the specific selection of learning strategies of the Japanese students in the junior class of Dalian University of Foreign Languages in the process of listening,and analyze the results,in order to put forward some suggestions for listening teaching Effective advice.The paper is divided into the following parts: introduction,which mainly describes the background,purpose,significance and theoretical basis of this study;Chapter one is literature review,which mainly provides theoretical support for the paper;chapter two is the design and implementation of the research questionnaire,which includes the research object,research tools,investigation process and reliability test of the questionnaire;chapter three is the listening learning strategy The fourth chapter is based on the results of this study.The results show that in this study,students use compensation strategy most frequently,while emotional strategy least.Gender has an effect on the choice of listening strategies.Girls scored higher in memory and cognitive strategies than boys.Age is positively correlated with the frequency of six listening strategies.Chinese learning time can affect memory strategy,cognitive strategy,compensation strategy and metacognitive strategy.Students' listening level is negatively correlated with the frequency of their listening strategies.There is a significant positive correlation between learning motivation and listening strategies.
