A Study Of Ruan Ji's Thoughts On "Scholasticism-Nature"

Ruan Ji was a metaphysical scientist in Wei and Jin dynasties.His thoughts occurred during the alternation of Wei and Jin regimes.As a metaphysical scientist in this period,Ruan Ji must deal with the problems of scholasticism and nature.At present,the study of Ruan Ji's scholasticism and natural thought is mostly based on Ruan Ji's "Wen ",but his scholasticism and natural thought can also be fully reflected in his Yong Huai poem.The Wei and Jin dynasties were divided into the beginning period,the bamboo forest period and the Yuan Kang period.The scholasticism in Ruan Ji's Yong Huai Poetry Teaching and natural thought can be divided into two parts : " Nature " ontology and natural ontology.Ruan Ji's "nature" ontology is mainly the extreme development of Wang Bi's "nothing" theory," nature " as the ontology and only as the ontology exists,such " nature " ontology does not have generative,is a static ontology thought.This "nature" ontology is mainly manifested in the release of Ruan Ji and the pursuit of fairyland,from the side of Ruan Ji's criticism of the deteriorated scholasticism.Natural ontology is the ontological thought that Ruan Ji took from Laozhuang to Wang Bi,which is based on nature and end with famous teaching The ontology theory.The scholasticism here is not the "nature" ontology refers to the deterioration of the scholasticism,but the natural scholasticism religion,is a dynamic theory.In "Yonghuai Poetry ",it mainly shows the ontology theory that everything is orderly,life and death are regular,and Ruan Ji is shown to abandon fairyland and stick to scholasticism.Ruan Ji's scholasticism and the two ontological thoughts in the natural thought together constitute Ruan Ji's contradictory thought,which comes from the contradiction between ideal and reality.From the point of view of the development of thought,Ruan Ji's famous teaching and natural thought were connected with and developed the king in the beginning period Bi's theory of "nothing" has paved the way for the development of famous teaching and natural thought,so it plays a transitional role in the development of metaphysics in Wei and Jin dynasties.Although Ruan Ji's scholasticism and natural thought separate the scholasticism from nature,but his separation is not thorough,therefore in his thought still contains the adherence to the natural scholasticism.Ji Kang,also a metaphysical scientist in the bamboo forest period,separated the scholasticism from nature more thoroughly than Ruan Ji.In the bamboo forest period,the thought of "scholasticism but by nature" still failed to solve the problem of "scholasticism" and "nature " in theory.This problem was not solved theoretically until Guo Xiang.
