Development And Practice Of English Micro-learning Resources Based On Mobile Learning Platform

With the development of economy,China's mobile network communication technology has also entered a new height.The development of the mobile Internet and the widespread application of Weibo and WeChat marked the arrival of the "micro age".At the same time,mobile learning and micro-learning have also emerged as a new learning method.Miniature mobile learning allows people to learn without fragmentation of time and space.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of higher education,colleges and universities have paid more and more attention to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability.College English teaching is difficult to meet the learning needs of students.This article aims to develop and design an English micro-learning resource based on a mobile learning platform to enhance students' interest in autonomous learning,so that the traditional offline teaching and online autonomous learning have a good fusion.This article introduces the research background of micro-learning,elaborates the purpose and significance of the research and the main problems of the research,combs the research dynamics at home and abroad,and uses multimedia learning theory,informal learning theory,and hybrid learning theory to explore this research.Through a questionnaire survey,collect the problems encountered by learners in current English learning and specific learning needs;in combination with the specific requirements of college English courses and college English teaching and the self-arrangement of "New Horizons College English 3 Reading and Writing Course" textbooks Under the premise,based on the mobile learning platform and the "New Horizons College English 3 Reading and Writing Course" as a carrier,design and develop its online micro-learning resources and carry out push practice to promote students to learn online autonomously;at the same time,Explore the practice process of micro-learning resources development based on mobile learning platforms;finally collect the learners' evaluation of resources through questionnaires,and provide some suggestions for the development of microlearning resources based on mobile learning platforms.
