Research On Character Creation In Marginal People's Movies

With the development of grassroots culture,the prevalence of "bottom culture",movies that show the marginal people as their main character are gradually showing it's popularity in the public eyes.In a small way,it shows the corners that the ordinary people can't see,but real life.From a macro perspective,it can show the country's era and reflect the problems of society.The living environment of this kind of people seems to be far away from us,but is common around us,have a very profound social value and meaning expression,worth to explore deeply.Marginal people in society can be divided into two categories: people who are isolated by society,lack of personality,and marginal personality,their environment is depressing and isolated.The research content of this paper is mainly to analyze the image of marginal people in the film and the means of shaping such people,there are two main ways to express the image of marginal people: plain realistic style and authorial style,show their own thinking about society and humanity through the images of marginal people in the works of several directors.On the shaping of marginalized people,it is mainly analyzed from three aspects: personality traits,spatial environment,and the character creation theory in "Story",personality traits roughly summarized into three categories: the cry of the bottom of society,the depression of restless youth,and the escape from the cage of fate,and list a lot of movie examples,the exclusive marginalization of the space environment can make the identity of the character more recognized,then based on the narrative structure theory in the script creation,analyze how the directors shape the character image from the aspects of personality,dilemma,and interpersonal relationships,etc.Finally,use the above theory to show the application of own works in character modeling.
