The developed document administration system is a powerful guarantee for the stability and unity of Qin and Han society and all aspects. There are a large number of idioms in the Qin and Han dynasties unearthed in the borderland sites of modern times. Most of the older scholars analyzed the idioms in a single batch of idioms without systematically collating and studying them. Therefore,on the basis of systematically collating the relevant briefs of Qin and Han dynasties, this article studies the idioms of grassroots personnel.Based on the research of scholars, this article analyzes the idioms of Qin and Han Dynasties in detail.First of all,the concept of idioms is clarified. We believe that the shorthands used in the practice of wordbooks and calligraphy are the shorthands for idioms.Based on the predecessors,I reorganized the kanji of Qin and Han Dynasties, and finally chose 1,337 jians as my research object.Combined with specific examples, this paper discusses the simple and simplified form of idioms and the methods of idioms included. It has various forms, such as Jian,Two Lines,Letters, etc. There are two ways to learn Chinese characters: demonstration teaching and autonomous learning. Its content is supplemented and further classified on the basis of academic research, mainly including mathematical knowledge, calendar knowledge, calligraphy, official documents, personal correspondence, and Kyrgyz language. The main reasons for learning Chinese characters are education, promotion, and social trends. The paper focuses on the study of the writing groups of simplified Chinese characters. We believe that the idiom groups mainly include illiterate schoolchildren and people who are engaged in related literacy professions, and combine the contents of idioms and writing characteristics to give examples to illustrate them. Finally,a comparative study is made on the writing materials, the contents of the idioms, and the methods of the idioms with the oracle bone inscriptions and Dunhuang posthumous characters.Through the above analysis, the importance of the idioms in cultural communication is further explained.
