| Bandura put forward the theory of "self-efficacy" in 1977,which attracted the attention of all walks of life in the West.A person who is very confident in his ability will be more active to face the problems and difficulties in life.Therefore,self-efficacy refers to the ability of individuals to deal with difficulties.Latin dance,as a sports and artistic performance project,has been carried out in full swing in China,but it also reflects the following outstanding problems:(1)In the competition field,the contestants are free of Latin dance movement skills without expressiveness;(2)In the training field,the movement can be completed well,but it is difficult to adapt to the pressure of the competition field;(3)There is no clear goal for Latin dance learning,blindly relying on the safety of Teachers Row.In the face of these problems,the majority of coaches,teachers and students have too much confusion.At this time,it is of great practical significance to use the theory of self-efficacy,explore the teaching methods and means of sports dance,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of children’s learning,and improve self-confidence and performance of sports dance.Based on the theory of "self-efficacy",this paper adopts four methods to intervene and experiment:(1)In the Latin dance teaching of children,the goal setting training in the psychological skill training is adopted in accordance with the factors affecting self-efficacy,and the simulation training constitutes "previous success or failure experience" to stimulate children to form self-efficacy;(2)The method of imagery training is used to form the conclusion The combination of suggestion training enables children to form a sense of self-efficacy from "alternative experience";(3)Guide children to form a sense of self-efficacy with suggestion training,that is,"speech persuasion";(4)Emphasize simulation training,build corresponding situational conditions to stimulate children’s emotional arousal,and ultimately improve their sense of self-efficacy.Through the above methods to explore the changes of children’s self-efficacy through Latin dance learning and the influence of students’ self-efficacy on their performance in Latin dance competition,and tocompare the traditional children’s Latin dance teaching with the children’s Latin dance teaching integrating self-efficacy.The purpose is to guide students to study actively and reflect objectively through the improvement of teachers’ teaching methods,so as to improve students’ learning efficiency and competition results.Experimental results:(1)After the experiment,there are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in all aspects of self-efficacy,Latin dance test scores and competition scores.The experimental class is better than the control class.Through t-test,the p-value of each dimension index is less than 0.05,the difference is significant.(2)After the experiment,the students in the experimental class and the control class all improved their self-efficacy and Latin dance skills,but only the experimental class showed significant differences in all aspects of the level after the experiment.Conclusion:(1)Aiming at the various factors of forming self-efficacy in children’s Latin dance teaching,combined with the intervention methods and means of psychological skill training,can effectively make children’s Latin dance students form and improve their self-efficacy.(2)The application of self-efficacy theory in children’s Latin dance teaching can not only improve students’ sense of self-efficacy,but also effectively promote the effect of students’ Latin dance learning.Especially for the cowboy dance with complex movements,high speed requirements and certain difficulty,the teaching effect is more obvious.(3)Good teaching methods play an important role in improving the quality of Latin dance teaching and the development of dance career,and provide a solid theoretical basis and scientific basis for Latin dance teaching. |
