A Study On The Personality Characteristics And Performance Skills Of Rachmaninoff'S Piano Adaptation"Love's Sorrow"

Rachmaninoff is a great composer,pianist and conductor in the 20 th century.His works combine the romantic style with the modern style.They have both beautiful melody and fantasy,tragic factors.In this paper,Rachmaninoff's piano solo adaptation of "sadness of love" is studied.Through the author's performance practice,and the study of previous research results,this paper studies and analyzes the creation background,personality style and performance skills of the works,mainly expounds the analysis of music personality style and performance skills,as well as the author's personal views on the music.There are three chapters in this paper.Firstly,the author introduces the composer and the creation background of the music and the summary of the work from the background of the time.Secondly,the author classifies the individual characteristics of the work: analyzing the harmony with characteristics in the music and comparing its uniqueness with the original music;finding out the improvisational part of the composition for analysis.Finally,how to show the music style of performance skills is explored in detail,including rhythm and speed,imitation and control of timbre,control of multi parts,difficult practice of skills,application of pedals,and precautions in performance.Through the in-depth exploration of the adaptation of love's sadness,this paper has a further understanding of Rachmaninoff's composition and style of adaptation,so as to better understand and show the works,and provide help in the future performance or teaching.
