Research On The Social Function Of "The Mustard Seeds Garden Manual Of Paintings"

Chinese traditional painting spectrum is an art document closely related to Chinese traditional painting formed during the development of Chinese history,which has an important influence on the development of Chinese traditional painting.As one of the most important traditional Chinese painting charts,mustard garden painting has prominent social functions and influences the development of traditional Chinese painting.From the perspective of art function theory,this paper will explore the social function of mustard garden painting in the early 20 th century and the reasons for its deepening,and further analyze the role of painting literature in the development of art history.The first chapter clarifies the positioning and redefines the classification method by combing the existing Chinese traditional painting spectrum research.This paper deals with the development of mustard garden and lays a foundation for exploring the social function of mustard garden.The second chapter discusses the cognition and aesthetic function of mustard garden painting by combining the contents of mustard garden painting and the comments on it by relevant scholars in the process of social development.The third chapter takes the biography of mustard garden painting and the education of Chinese painting as the entry point,expounds the influence of the biography of mustard garden painting on the famous Chinese painters,analyzes its role in the education of traditional painting and the education of Chinese painting in the academy of fine arts,and demonstrates its educational function.At the same time,the paper analyzes the inheritance function of mustard garden painting through the spread of mustard garden painting and its important influence in painting creation.The fourth chapter comprehensively demonstrates that after the Chinese traditional painting spectrum entered the 20 th century,its original social function weakened,but some of the painting spectrum still continued to play the residual heat,mustard garden painting biography is one of them.This chapter analyzes the reasons for the deepening of the social function of mustard garden painting from the perspectives of the social trend of thought,the development of printing,group organization and the rise of printmaking,and then expounds the relationship between the social function and social development of the art literature of painting spectrum.
