| Idiom allusions are the history between the mouth,the story in the ear,the flowing memory,bearing the rich humanistic connotation.Huainan not only has remote history and munificent culture,but also has numerous idioms and rich allusions.It is of great significance to explore the resources mining and utilization of Huainan idiom allusions.This paper first expounds the research background and significance,according to the research background and significance of excavating and using Huainan idiom allusion resources,and then determine the research objectives,ideas and methods,and briefly state the innovation and deficiency of this paper.Secondly,this paper takes public goods theory,public expenditure theory,public cultural service theory and modern service-oriented government function as theoretical tools,based on the research results of excavating and utilizing cultural resources at home and abroad,referring to the experience of "European Cultural Capital ",And Handan,Kaifeng,Quwo excavation and use of idiom allusion resources of the successful experience,Huainan City successfully declared "the city of Chinese allusions" as an example,around the promotion of cultural connotation and help cultural integration,analysis of the excavation and use of idiom allusion resources to urban transformation and development of the drive and impact,and then explore the feasibility of creating a cultural resources card path.Thirdly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the exploitation and utilization of idiom allusion resources in Huainan city government from four aspects:top-level design and system planning,connotation mining add Cultural and creative product R & D,talent team and project support,propaganda and promotion,and promotion of business form.Finally,according to the research results of this paper,from the four aspects of improve public cultural services by adhering to planning guidance,adhere to project-driven,and enhance the supply of cultural services,adhere to innovation-driven,strengthen the "idiom allusion economy”,adhere to the integration of science and technology,tell the story of Huainan idioms and allusions four aspects discusses and analyzes the role and function orientation of the government and the choice of feasible path in the process of mining and utilizing idiom allusions resources. |
