A Study Of Character Image Creation In National Dance

In folk dance performances,the dancer’s portrayal of the characters in the work is the core content of each dance work,and the shaping of the characters is an important link of emotional expression and thought transmission.The shaping of characters is closely related to the dance art.Good characterization have played a soul-level role in dance works.If the body is a manifestation of dance art,the injection of emotion is the blood of dance,and the technical skills are professional sublimation and embellishment.This requires dancers to portray characters on the stage.They should use rich body language,vivid image modeling,vivid dance movements,reasonable plots,prominent character personalities and deep emotional connotations to display the characters to be expressed.This study takes the figures in the folk dance as the research object,analyzes the importance of the figures in the dance work "Our Time" in the folk dance,and theoretically explains the figures in the dance performance.The research and analysis aims to integrate the vivid characters into the graduation report "Our Time",to give dance blood and life,to make dance works more performative and vital,and to make dance more connotative and innovative.The graduation work "Our Time" combines the unique performance methods of national folk dance with the spirit of the Chinese revolutionary pioneer through continuous attempts and innovations,and contrasts with other dance types,in order to seek various figures in Chinese national folk dance works.There are interpretation,analysis and deeper levels of analysis and exploration.
