Harmonious and happy society has always been pursued by people,and pro-social behavior,as one of the most important parts,has attracted extensive attention of researchers.As for the influencing factors of pro-social behavior,researchers have done a lot of research,including putting a price on time and empathy.With the continuous development of market economy and the continuous enhancement of social competition,people pay more and more attention to the efficiency of the use of time,and are more and more inclined to use money to measure the value of time.In this case,researchers were surprised to find that individuals who have put a price on time show lower pro-social behavior willingness and behavior than individuals who have not put a price on time.In addition,in the study of empathy,researchers found that both trait empathy and state empathy can effectively predict individuals' prosocial will and behavior positively.However,in real life,individuals are often not only influenced by one factor,but also influenced by many factors.On the basis of existing research,this article discusses the influence of putting a price on time and empathy on pro-social behavior.In study 1,this paper examines the relationship between putting a price on time and individual pro-social behavior,verifying the previous researchers' conclusion,finding that putting a price on time not only weakens the degree of individual time altruism,but also weakens the degree of individual money altruism.In study 2a,this paper discusses the influence of putting a price on time and trait empathy on pro-social behavior.it is found that putting a price on time and trait empathy interact significantly,and only for individuals with moderate level empathy,putting a price on time can weaken their time altruism and money altruism,while for individuals with low and high level trait empathy,putting a price on time has no influence on their pro-social behavior.In study 2b,this paper discusses the influence of putting a price on time and state empathy on the pro-social behavior of individuals.it is found that the interaction between putting a price on time and state empathy is significant,and only when individuals are in low state empathy can putting a price on time weaken their timealtruistic behavior and money altruistic behavior,while for individuals in high state empathy,putting a price on time has no influence on their pro-social behavior.
