| Throughout most thrillers,it is obviously that the directors created a variety of mental illness characters.These characters are not isolated individuals,directors are dedicated to shaping them in a specific social environment and relationships to reveal the inner spiritual motivations of the characters while creating a thrilling atmosphere.Directors present these mentally troubled characters on the screen,revealing the inner motivations of characters in the social environment,allowing audience produce natural projection and identification of characters in the process of watching the film,achieve the dual goals of reflecting on the character’s situation and regulating mental stress This graduation project focuses on solving the problem of shaping mental illness characters in thrillers and conducting related research.The first chapter is an introduction the functions of psychopathic characters in thriller.The second chapter is the reconstruction of thriller images by Audio-visual language from scene,color and editing.The third chapter is to explore the social excavation of psychopathic characters.It focuses on the common problems of characterization in thrillers and finding possible creative paths. |
