Lanzhou Taiping Drum is a unique folk dance art in Lanzhou area,and it's also a folk culture activity in the traditional Shehuo,which has a strong historical atmosphere and distinctive northwest characteristics.After more than 600 years of development and e volution,especially since the 1990 s,it has formed a complete form of performance and become one of the most popular activities in Lan Zhou during the Spring Festival.The whole research is divided into three chapters.The author,takes the perspective of dance ontology,combines with the theories of dance related disciplines,and makes a comprehensive and systematic study on Lanzhou Taiping Drum,including historical background,culturalconnotation,performance form,communication and development.With regard to the definition of the term "inspiration ",Luo Xiongyan interprets it in his Chinese folk dance culture course : " Drum is the symbol of spirit,dance is the expression of strength,Drum Dance opened the first dance culture,which is the beginning of farming dance culture." According to the spread of Drum Dance,there are two kinds of Drum Dance named as "Taiping Drum " : one is fan-shaped single-sided drum,the other is bucket-shaped double-sided drum,the object of this paper is the second kind of Taiping drum.The first chapter is an overview of survival field of unique geographical environmentand profound social history and culture,Which is worthy of our deep excavation and exploration.Except for this,the first chapter takes the popular folk view as the starting point to lead to the demonstration of the origin of Lanzhou Taiping Drum.The second chapter is about the performance of Lanzhou Taiping Drum.By means of fieldwork and literature analysis,this paper summarizes the performance mechanism of the taiping inspiration in lanzhou,and focuses on the comparative analysis of the formation and playing methods in Gao Lan and Yongdeng,so as to lead to the author's thinking and the identification and construction of the taiping inspiration.The three chapter is the spread and development of Taiping Drum.The author depends on her own learning background and cultural level and makes a relatively accurate cognition and positioning of Taiping Drum from the current communication mode and inheritance status quo.It is hoped that on the basis of previous research,we will strive for innovation and breakthrough,and provide theoretical basis and reference for future research on Taiping Drum.
