Objective:A large number of scholars at home and abroad have studied emotions. The research on emotions has diversified characteristics.A large number of studies have proved that emotions can promote or interfere with people's cognitive activities.Emotional conflicts have also attracted researchers' attention as an emerging field. This study uses the word-face Stroop paradigm to investigate the different responses of high and low trait depression college students under emotionally consistent conditions and inconsistent conditions,as well as the emotional video of happy and sad emotions, which induces the impact of high-trait depression college students on completing emotional judgment tasks. What kind of treatment response will be made by depressed college students in different emotional conflict situations. Methods:In the first study,300 “Trait Depression Questionnaires” were distributed in a medical university in Anhui to screen the subjects. The subjects were divided into27% of the methods before and after the group was divided into high and low trait depressions, and finally the high traits actually participated in the experiment were determined.40 people in the depression group and 40 people in the low-specific depression group, and then collected the response time and correct rate index of the subjects through the word-face Stroop paradigm,in order to investigate the different responses of the college students with high and low traits under emotional and inconsistent conditions.Study 2 selected 40 high-trait depression subjects in Study One,and added happy and sad video conditions in the word-face Stroop paradigm, and examined the emotional and video of happy and sad emotions through the response time and accuracy of the subjects. The impact of high-trait depression college students on completing emotional judgment tasks,so as to explore how the depressed collegestudents will respond to different emotional conflict situations. Results:Study 1: In terms of reaction time, the main effect of emotional conflict conditions was significant,F(1,68)=144.37,p<0.01;the main effect between groups was not significant,F(1,68)=2.00,p>0.05;There was a significant interaction between emotional conflict conditions and trait depression levels,F(1,68)=35.87,p<0.01.In terms of correct rate, the main effect of emotional conflict conditions was significant,F(1,68)=284.76,p<0.01;the main effect between groups with high and low trait depression was significant,F(1,68)=16.58,p<0.01 The interaction between emotional conflict conditions and trait depression levels was not significant,F(1,68)=0.03,p>0.05.Study 2: In terms of reaction time, the main effect of video type is significant,F(1,32)=35.34,p<0.01;the main effect of emotional conflict condition is very significant,F(1,32)=76.39,p<0.01;emotional conflict condition and There was a significant interaction between the emotional types,F(1,32)=17.67,p<0.01.In terms of correct rate, the main effect of emotional conflict conditions is very significant,F(1,32)=9.88,p<0.01;the main effect of video type is not significant,F(1,32)=0.28,p>0.05;emotional conflict conditions The interaction with the video type is not significant,F(1,32)=0.22,p>0.05.Conclusion:The study used the word-face Stroop paradigm to investigate the emotional conflicts of trait-depressive college students and explored the effects of both video types of pleasure and sadness on the subject's response. After analyzing and discussing the research results,it can be seen that undergraduates with high and low traits have emotional consistency effects under the word-face Stroop paradigm, that is,when the responses of the subjects under emotional inconsistency are significantly higher than those of the emotions,However,in the case of emotional inconsistency, the response of the high trait depression group was significantly lower than that of the low trait depression group. The correct rate of subjects under emotionally consistent conditions was significantly higher than that of emotional inconsistency, but under both conditions, the correct rate of the high trait depression group was significantly higher than that ofthe low trait depression group. The response of the sorrow video was significantly higher than that of the happy video-induced response, but the difference between the happy and sad video group subjects was not significant under emotionally consistent conditions.Compared with the sad video-inducing group, the correct rate of the happy video-inducing group was always high, but the difference between them did not reach a significant level, which indicates that happy video induction can improve the level of dealing with different emotional conflict conditions of high-trait depression students to a certain extent.
