With the influence of "mobile health",the present study investigated the effectiveness of the simple mindfulness skill intervention on emotion regulation by combining laboratory training with the mobile phone task and explored a better method of mindfulness-based emotion regulation available in daily life.First,30 college students were divided into experimental group(15 subjects)and control group(15 subjects).Experiment group learned mindfulness-based emotion regulation skill(regarding "attention" and " attitude" as the core)by a laboratory training and received practice task through the mobile WeChat within a week. All the participants completed Beck Anxiety Inventory,The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale and Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire before the experiment(1 test),after the laboratory training(2 test)and at the end of the mobile phone task(3 test). At the same time, all 30 subjects received ecological momentary assessment(EMA)3 times everyday in the 7 days’ mobile phone task and were measured on the individual state of emotion regulation by WeChat questions about emotion valence, emotion intensity and the level of emotion acceptance. At last the results and conclusion are as the following:1.Compared with the control group, repeated measures ANOVA showed that the experimental group indicated a significant reduction in anxiety, depression and difficulties in emotion regulation,as well as a significant increase in their level of mindfulness after intervention. The intervention combining laboratory training with mobile phone task can increase the level of individual mindfulness, reduce negative emotion and improve the ability of emotion regulation.2.According to the repeated measurement data processed by T-test,the result indicated that emotion valence and the level of emotion acceptance in experiment group have significant increase, and the emotion intensity have significant reduction. However, control group had no significant change. In terms of negative emotions, emotion valence and the level of emotion acceptance indicated a significant increase in experiment group. And the emotion intensity of experiment group was significantly lower than control group. In terms of positive emotion, emotion valence has no significant change before and after each exercise in experiment group, while the emotion valence of control group decreased significantly. The simple mindfulness skill can improve the emotion valence and the level of emotion acceptance and reduce the emotion intensity as well.It has good effect on improving negative emotion and maintaining positive emotion.3.Based on repeated measurement data processed by the hierarchical linear model, the result indicated the strengthening of dimension associated with the "attention" could negatively predict emotion valence and the level of emotion acceptance, and positively predicted emotion intensity, while the strengthening of dimensions associated with the "attitude" could positively predict emotion valence and the level of emotion acceptance, and negatively predicted emotion intensity. As the key components of mindfulness,"attention" and "attitude" have different influence on individual emotion regulation.Just strengthening attention may have negative effects on emotion regulation. The training of acceptance attitude is essential to the improvement of emotion regulation.
