Merger and acquisition activities of cultural enterprises have always been a hot research issue in the academic field of the industry.Existing literature has been relatively mature in empirical and theoretical studies on payment methods and merger and acquisition performance of enterprises' mergers and acquisitions.However,the academic research on mergers and acquisitions in the subdivided field of cultural industry started late,and relevant literature is limited.In this paper,from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative,through the empirical study method,interview method,from the perspective of industry within the framework of merger and acquisition of different types of large,in-depth cultural enterprises m&a payment choice of short-term performance,the influence of the long-term performance after m&a,corporate mergers and acquisitions theory research to the current culture to a certain extent.The author in writing this paper during the previous round in degrees after the merger of 2-3 years,data selection and time node is more advantageous to demonstrate the choice of payment method there is a significant influence on m&a performance over a long period of time,as a guide,for 2019 years is about to open a new round of "state-owned cultural enterprises mergers and acquisitions small climax" provide certain empirical basis and experience.In addition,the author through interview method to visit a cultural enterprises m&a line predecessors,on the basis of theoretical research,from the system Settings,financing difficulties,after the merger integration aspects of in-depth research the difficulties existing in cultural enterprises mergers and acquisitions,and put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures accordingly,reference for enterprise managers and relevant government functional departments and corrections.
