With the continuous development of the society,people’s living standards are constantly improving,and residents’ consumption demands are constantly adjusted and upgraded in the changing social environment.Cultural consumption,as one of the categories of consumption,is a civilized activity with cultural commodities as the object of consumption.It is an important part of cultural literacy,which has attracted more and more attention from people and has become an important part of promoting social civilization and building a harmonious society.Cultural consumption is composed of multiple parts,in today’s society,draft the proportion of economic system in the current cultural consumption is rising,the appeal of draft economy is at a big,strong propagation velocity and broad coverage,bit by bit infiltrate into People’s Daily life,and as activists in the social youth groups,new things with curiosity and high-speed acceptance,so talent economy will have a profound impact on the youth group.The youth group is a group full of vigor and vitality,walking in the forefront of society,and is the backbone force to promote economic prosperity and social development.The cultural consumption of the youth group often highlights the distinctive characteristics of this group.In the domestic research on cultural consumption,more attention is paid to its "economics" research,less from the perspective of "psychology",and less young u group as the target group,which is not conducive to people to grasp the characteristics and laws of youth group cultural consumption.Therefore,this paper attempts to take the youth group as the research object and consumer behavior as the main subject basis.Starting from the micro level,this paper makes a detailed exploration of the influencing factors of various aspects of youth group cultural consumption.This article through the questionnaire investigation with reference to degree and age random sampling,a total of 400 users "talent economy" as the research object,combined with depth interviews,analysis of different "talent economy" involved in cognitive situation of user groups,and emotional psychological assessment of the group,further understanding by the user to contact and to participate in the "talent economy",formed by the impact of emotional attitude of cultural consumption behavior.This study will finally according to the cognition of themselves and "draft" knowledge,user participation and the contact situation,based on the attitude theory model,assuming that build livestock and participation,and "talent economy" cognitive,attitudes and psychological and cultural relationship between consumer behavior model,validation and concluded that for the youth groups of cultural consumption can order to provide reference opinions.
