| In recent years,with the transformation of the national economy,the cultural industry has developed rapidly.The development of cultural enterprises is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of China’s cultural industry.The emphasis on culture in the 19 th National Congress is an opportunity for development for cultural enterprises,but it is also accompanied by the challenges of cultural enterprise management.Jinxiu Shenzhou Culture Company is a modern cultural enterprise integrating cultural product production and cultural service.The construction of human resource management system is an important guarantee for enterprise development.However,there are many problems in the enterprise human resource management system.Therefore,the improvement of the human resources management system is very important for enterprises.How to optimize and improve the human resources management of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this paper uses the literature method to consult a large numbe r of human resources management related literature and theory,and puts forward the research basis of the subject,paving the way for the following research.Secondly,through in-depth investigation and research of the enterprise,the human resources of Ji nxiu Shenzhou Culture Company are detailed.Based on the current situation of the management system,the main problems and causes of the human resources management system of Jinxiu Shenzhou Culture Company were analyzed.Based on this,the improvement plan of human resources management system of Jinxiu Shenzhou Culture Company was designed,and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were adopted.The law evaluates the current status of the human resources management system of Jinx iu Shenzhou Culture Company,and based on the evaluation results,finds out the problems existing in the human resources management system of Jinxiu Shenzhou Culture Company.Finally,it proposes three aspects: implementation basis,security measures and s ystem construction.The implementation and guarantee strategy of the improvement plan of the human resources management system of Jinxiu Shenzhou Culture Company.Through this research,we can find that the human resources management system of Jinxiu Shenzhou Culture Company is not perfect,mainly including: lack of human resource management awareness,imperfect human resource management system,short-term human resource management risk processing capability,etc.And external factors to analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide reference and reference for domestic enterprises of the same type. |
