With rapid development of China's social economy,the change of cultural forms and the acceleration of economic pace provide a strong impetus for the development of documentary films.The increasingly rich cultural forms also bring more opportunities for the dissemination of documentaries,making micro-documentaries present in a freer form.Supported by the slogan of "cultural confidence" advocated by the central government,more and more excellent micro-documentaries with modern cultural characteristics have been produced.Micro-documentary is spreading at a rapid speed to the audience as a new category of cultural industry.However,along with more and more short video application platforms,micro documentary as a unique cultural form is also facing opportunities and challenges coexist situation.On the one hand,the variety forms of the presentation for the creation of the documentary puts forward new requirements.This has put forward the demand of increasing the quality of micro documentary.On the other hand,the innovation of production technology and the breakthrough of creation concept also provide powerful support for the creation of micro-documentary,promoting the development of micro-documentary towards the direction of high quality and superior level.This article focuses on micro culture documentary research which includes the study of creation and diffusion.Based on the full definition of micro documentary and understanding of micro documentary concept,the study has addressed on exploring culture documentary creation characteristic and culture dissemination value.In addition,case study from author's micro film also brings the further evaluation in the field,so as to deliver the feasibility of creation and diffusion for micro documentary.
