Nowadays,there are many researches improved that mindfulness are beneficial to oneself,but few researchs to improve that mindfulness also can be good for other people and society.Therefore,this study will explore the gratitude to media in between mindfulness and prosocial behavior on The Broaden-and-Build Theory of Positive Emotions.In addition,studies have shown that stress is very important impact on the positive quality,so explore the impact of perceived stress among mindfulness,gratitude and prosocial behavior relationships.There are four studies around these goals.The subjects were adult subjects such as college students and staff.Study 1 was examed the relationship between mindfulness and prosocial behavior.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between mindfulness and prosocial behavior.Study 2 was used questionnaires to explore the relationship of mindfulness,prosocial behavior,and gratitude.The results show that gratitude plays a mediating role in between mindfulness and prosocial behavior.Study 3 was divided into two studies to explore the stress perception?gratitude ?mindfulness and prosocial behavior.Study 3a was a pre-experience for gratitude to verify the start of gratitude.Study 3b was designed 3 × 2 and to explore the stress perception has a regulatory effect on the mediation model of gratitude to mindfulness and prosocial behavior.The conclusion was that the stress perception has a regulatory effect on the mediation model of gratitude to mindfulness and prosocial behavior.Study 4 explores the effects of mindfulness exercises on different types of prosocial behavior.It is concluded that a 3-minute mindfulness exercises can promote the prosocial behavior of the type of donation amount.This study successfully demonstrated the impact of mindfulness on prosocial behavior:a moderating mediation,which gratitude plays an intermediary role between mindfulness and prosocial behavior,perceived stress can be adjusted by the impact of gratitude on between mindfulness and prosocial behavior.This result provides a clearer path how mindfulness promotes prosocial behavior and provides a theoretical support and advice on how to increase prosocial behavior.
