Looking around the world, since the end of the Cold War,the pattern of world geopolitical relations has been undergoing great transformation and transformation, which is the so-called "change not seen in a century",in particular,China’s peaceful rise has become the most important geopolitical event in the last three decades that has changed the world’s geopolitical landscape. The global political and economic center of gravity continues to shift to the east, the international geopolitical pattern is undergoing a profound restructuring, and the world is entering a new era of increasingly complex geopolitical pattern. In this context, the issue of geographical relations is not only a hot topic in world geography research, but also involves the international relations, political science, history and other cross-cutting areas. However, previous studies focused on a specific region,a bilateral relationship,a subject area and other specific issues of case discussion, the lack of geo-relationship of the macro-system review and analysis of the spatial perspective. The United Nations General Assembly(UNGA)is the core framework of the contemporary multilateral geo-relationship in the world. It is also an important stage for countries to state their geo-interests,make decisions on geo-strategic choices and embody geo-interactive relations. The member state of the United Nations’ s interaction on the ballot is seen as an important reflection of the geopolitical relationship between the two sides. As a result,UNGA dataset from 1992 to 2018 has been collated and analysed on the basis of the University of California,San Diego’s UNGA database, and a GEO network of member state of the United Nations has been constructed based on the voting consistency index, the paper also examines the thematic analysis in different fields and the evolution of time and space in different stages, and calculates and analyzes the degree of consensus among different groups. Finally,TOPSIS method and geopotential model are used to construct the geo-potential spatial pattern under the influence of great powers, focusing on the spatial performance of the geo-game between China and the United States. The main findings of the study are as follows: First, after the Cold War,the pattern of geographical relations in general was dominated by the north-south Division, supplemented by the east-west confrontation;Second,at the global level and within various regional organizations, the degree of consensus tended to decline, third, the issue of human rights, due to its dual nature and complexity, has become the most important geographical issue affecting the internal solidarity of developing countries.Fourth, the competition between China and the United States has become increasingly obvious, there is a clear trend of opposition in the geographical relationship;fifth, the geographical relationship is influenced by the differences between countries,as a special spatial relationship also satisfies the third law of geography. Finally, according to the findings of the study, the paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations from the conceptual framework of the community of human destiny.
