As a new branch of modern applied logic,Game Logic is a new subject combining Game Theory and Logic, which focuses on the rational reasoning behavior of social group members in the process of game interaction. The process of group decision-making is like the process of game solving, which is also the process of participants’ updating rational cognition. The application of Game Logic to group decision-making process can not only solve the "dilemma" which it faces, but also improve the decision-making theory and fully demonstrate the application value and social function of logic. This paper explores three aspects. The first is about the basic theory of Game Logic. This paper expounds the basic assumptions, elements, types and equilibrium of Game Logic.Among them,it focuses on distinguishing the characteristics of Cooperative game logic and Non cooperative game logic, and highlights the "Nash Equilibrium" in game equilibrium.Secondly, the main problems in group rational decision-making are discussed. On the basis of clarifying the concepts of decision-making and group decision-making,this paper further clarifies a key problem in group decision-making-group rationality, thus revealing the dilemma derived from the aggregation of individual rationality into group rationality, namely "Voting Dilemma" and arrow impossibility theorem. The third is to eliminate the "Voting Dilemma" phenomenon based on the path of aggregation rules,to avoid the impossible results, and to describe the realization of group rationality from the perspective of Cooperative and Non cooperative game logic.Through the method of contradiction analysis, this paper studies the "strange phenomenon" that individual rationality converges into group rationality. How to resolve this "strange phenomenon" and try to seek the consistent results of individual rationality and group rationality in order to achieve rational group decision-making is the focus of this paper.
