On The Performance Of Still Life Theme In Contemporary Meticulous Painting Of Flowers And Birds

Meticulous flower-and-bird painting is an extremely important branch in the history of Chinese painting.Most traditional meticulous flower-and-bird paintings take flowers,insects,fish,birds,animals,fruits and vegetables as the subjects of painting creation.With the reform and opening up of China,there are more and more exchanges between eastern and western cultures,and people’s aesthetic orientation has also changed.On this basis,the creation subject matter of meticulous flower-and-bird painting is constantly expanding.Painters gradually turn their attention to the life objects closely related to the modern society,and seek inspiration from the life around them based on their personal experience and perception of life.Still life subject matter is a typical one.The exploration of still life theme enriches the expression language and emotional connotation of meticulous flower-and-bird painting,which is not only the inheritance of traditional meticulous flower-and-bird painting,but also the embodiment of contemporary artistic concept.The expansion of still life makes meticulous flower-and-bird painting present a new face of diversification in contemporary times,which is the choice of The Times and the development trend of contemporary meticulous flower-and-bird painting.This paper focuses on the formal language and emotional expression of still life in contemporary meticulous flower-and-bird painting,and discusses the development of still life in contemporary meticulous flower-and-bird painting from different perspectives by means of case analysis,literature research and induction.The paper is divided into four aspects.The first chapter describes the formation and development of still life meticulous flower-and-bird painting.The second and third chapters are the key chapters of this paper,in which the second chapter discusses its forms of expression from five aspects: composition,modeling,color,virtual and solid,and texture.The third chapter analyzes the expression of emotion and artistic conception of the contemporary still life meticulous flower-and-bird painting.Thefourth chapter combined with my reflection on the performance of still life in the contemporary,to provide better ideas for the author in the future road of artistic creation,in order to create more works with aesthetic value.
