Taking Pingyang Alunite Mine as the research's object,this paper discusses how the interest groups grasp the right of regional discourse and engage in the development of mineral resources under different background and political environment.Pingyang Alunite Mine used to be the largest alum mine area in China.During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty,it took shape and formed industry,and then it continued to develop.Before the founding of the People's Republic of China,the development of Pingyang Alunite Mine experienced three regimes: Qing government,Beiyang government and Nanjing National Government.In the face of different times and surrounding the competition for bauxite resources,regional groups use various distinctive means to integrate their own resources and strive to establish their own power system in order to maximize their own interests.In this paper,according to the time sequence,by comparing the three times of local social mineral development mode,explore the way of interest groups to grasp the regional discourse power.The environment of the times,government policies and the way of entering the interest groups will affect the development of bauxite and industry to a certain extent.The role of the characteristics of mineral resources and economic laws cannot be ignored.
