A Study On "Yi Ge NP" And Its Related Structures

In this paper,the structure "Yi ge NP" with subjective evaluation function and "NP Yi ge" and "Yi ge X" which with similar structure,similar semantics and similar functions are selected as our research objects.First of all,we comb and discuss the development of the quantifier "ge" from the diachronic perspective.Secondly,we study from the synchronic perspective,through analyzing and combing a large number of corpus,and then describe and discuss the three aspects of syntactic characteristics,semantics and functions of the three structures in detail.And we try to explain the relationship between "Yi ge NP","NP Yi ge" and "Yi ge X" from the perspective of the law of language development.We want to make a little contribution to the systematic study of "Yi ge NP" and its related structures as well as teaching Chinese as a second language.This paper is mainly divided into three parts:The first part briefly combs the diachronic development of the quantifier "ge",and finds that "ge" has roughly experienced the development track from objective quantifier to subjective quantifier to finally blurring into grammatical components.The second part describes and discusses the syntactic features,semantics and functions of " Yi ge NP","NP Yi ge" and " Yi ge X" through corpus analysis,it reveals that these three structures have great similarities in syntactic features,semantics and functions.Because of these similarities,the three structures can be aggregated into a small system to express the subjective evaluation function.The third part is to explain the relationship between "Yi ge NP","NP Yi ge " and "Yi ge X" from the perspective of language development law.The three structures are not independent or unrelated,but closely related.The development of "NP Yi ge " and "Yi ge X" are related to "Yi ge NP".Their development conforms to the law of language development and change.Because there are many links between them,so we hope to bring some useful enlightenment to the second language teaching through this study.
