Latin dance consists of five types of dance: cha-cha,rumba,jive,samba,and pasodouble.Among them,cha-cha is popular with young children worldwide for its lively and agile movements.This article takes an eight-week summer teaching experiment for elementary school girls to explore the impact of cha-cha-dancing on the physical fitness of elementary school girls.The changes in 5 aspects produced in different degrees have drawn the conclusion that it can enhance the physical fitness of multiple aspects of elementary school girls while improving their health,and give suggestions on the level at which this dance is more suitable for popularization and expansion,further confirming chachacha Latin dance plays many positive roles in the development of physical health of elementary school girls.Research ideas:In this study,four research methods were selected: literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,and mathematical analysis method.60 primary school girls of Fuyang Normal University attached primary school were used as experimental samples(30 experimental groups and 30 control groups).The 8-week(40 lessons)precisely dance teaching experiment divides the 6 grades into 3 different levels according to the level division standards of the National Health Standard for Chinese Students’ Physical Fitness,and refers to the primary school group test indicators specified in this standard and The results of the expert interviews selected the test items required for this study one by one: speed quality-50 meters running,strength quality-one minute sit-ups,endurance quality-50 meters by eight round-trip running,flexible quality-sitting forward flexion,sensitive coordination Quality-One minute skipping,and using SPSS-17 software to analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group before and after the test and draw corresponding conclusions.Research result:The test results of the experimental and control groups show:(1)Level 1: Subjects’ one-minute rope skipping(P = 0.007)and seated forward flexion(P = 0.030)showed significant changes(P <0.05);the 50-meter run(P = 0.458)and One-minute sit-ups(P = 0.450)showed improvement but not obvious(P> 0.05);50 meters byeight P = 0.945> 0.05 and the test average of the experimental group and the control group was 2.26 ± 0.06(X ± SD)That is,performance has not improved.(2)Level 2: 50-meter run(P = 0.002),one-minute sit-ups(P = 0.007),50-meter by eight(P = 0.007),seated forward flexion(P = 0.000),one minute The P values of rope skipping(P= 0.002)were all less than 0.05,that is,the subjects’ five scores were significantly improved.(3)Level 3: Subjects run at 50 meters(P = 0.000),sit-ups for one minute(P = 0.002),50 meters by eight(P = 0.019),skip rope for one minute(P = 0.000)All P values were less than0.0,which showed a significant improvement in test scores;the results of seat flexion(P =0.599)were not significant although there were changes in the results(P> 0.05).Analysis conclusion:(1)ChaChaCha has significantly improved the flexibility and sensitive coordination of primary school girls in grades 1-2(level 1).Although their speed and strength qualities have improved,the effect is not obvious,and their endurance qualities have not been improved.effect.(2)ChaChaCha has shown significant improvement in the five aspects of speed,strength,endurance,flexibility and sensitive coordination of primary school girls in grades 3-4(level2).(3)ChaChaCha can significantly improve the speed quality,strength quality,endurance quality,and sensitive coordination quality of elementary school girls in grades 5-6(level 3).Although their flexibility qualities have been improved,the results are not obvious.(4)It is more suitable for popularization in level two,that is,grades 3-4. |
