An Analysis Of The Songs Of The Ethnic Minorities In Yunnan Province

Wan Li,as a representative figure in the contemporary Yunnan music industry,has created many excellent songs.Among them,the two songs "Da Yang Gu" and "Plateau Woman Song" are his representative works with the style of Yunnan ethnic minorities,and their styles are mainly reflected in dialect and tone.This article analyzes the composer’s first creation and the singer’s second creation,focusing on the composer’s application of national style tones and local dialects,and how the singer can accurately interpret the work by mastering dialect characteristics and singing skills.The author hopes that the study will be helpful for singers to sing.
