Traditional handicraft is the people of all ethnic groups in the long life of practice,and jointly create the outstanding achievements and wisdom,is an important manifestation of the concept of Chinese cultural value,is the intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the.It is of great significance to protect and develop traditional handicrafts for the promotion and development of Chinese traditional culture,and to enhance the cultural pride and cultural self-confidence of the nation and the country.In March 2017 the State Council issued the "Chinese traditional technology promotion program" clearly the "13th Five-Year" period of traditional craft in the inheritance and reproduction,industry management and market competition,practitioners of income and service of urban and rural employment and other aspects of the development goals.However,the failure process of industrialization in the traditional handicraft in modern in a few cases,the community has been in doubt for the traditional handicraft industry: demand for efficiency and traditional handicraft personalized,fine production and industrial production are inconsistent? Economic interests oriented industrial development will damage the economic value of the traditional handicraft other than the value? Many scholars try to find the cause of failure in the process of industrialization,but few people think from the source: which traditional handicraft projects can be developed through the industrialization mode? How to distinguish between the industrialization and industrialization of traditional crafts projects? Based on this,the choice of traditional handicraft class intangible cultural heritage industrialization development potential evaluation of quasi size industrialization potential by constructing the evaluation model to evaluate the traditional handicraft class intangible cultural heritage project evaluation,whether it can distinguish between industrialization.First,this paper analyses and comprehensive literature,questionnaire survey,factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process to construct the Delphy index contains 4 of the criteria,evaluation of the development potential of traditional handicraft industry of the 12 factor index model;then,according to the industrial development potential evaluation model,explores the industrialization development mode and the corresponding protection: for the industrialization development of high potential projects can take complete industrial development model,its products to commodity situation and participate in market competition.Industrial development potential for general project to take part in the industrialization development mode,its products to service works in the form of people's life.Industrial development for the industrialization development of low potential the project is not to carry out rescue protection actively,products in the form of samples to publicize and display function.Finally,this paper will build the evaluation of the development potential of traditional handicraft industry model,applied to the national traditional handicraft class of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region heritage project evaluation,and puts forward different development or protection suggestions according to the evaluation results of different.In this paper,the evaluation model can be used to evaluate the potential of the industrialization of traditional handicraft projects,and set up a scientific and reasonable development and protection system of traditional crafts for different potential projects.The results of this study enrich the theory of intangible cultural heritage,and at the same time,it can guide the revival of traditional technology.
