The Study On The Characters' Phenomenon In The Explanation Of QianZiWen

The Explanation of QianZiWen-four volumes was copied in hand by Lv Shiyi,a master of Epigraphy in Taiwan in the Qing Dynasty which was handcopied by Yang Jun,an outstanding calligrapher in the late Qing Dynasty.It takes the Chinese characters in the ancient enlightenment and the literacy textbook he Explanation of QianZiWen as the characters,explains the characters' shape,meaning or usage of these characters,and pays particular attention to these interchangeability characters,ancient and modern characters and common characters,and so on.At present,it is the only annotated work on the philological level of QianZiWen,which is initiative and original.Because the QianZiWen included as the basis for the common characters,the characters phenomenon in the general interpretation of the Explanation of QianZiWen can be regarded as the profile of the character phenomenon in the whole Chinese character system,so we can understand the relevant rules of the character-use phenomenon in the Chinese character system.In addition,we can also understand the position of Lv Shiyi in some traditional philological theories through the Explanation of QianZiWen.The author of the Explanation of QianZiWen,Lv Shiyi,is a polyglot scholar who dabbles in the study of Epigraphy,calligraphy,philology,phonology and exegesis.Especially in Epigraph,he is known as the first person in the Epigraph.Lv Shiyi was born in Jinmen,lived in Xiamen in the early years,and then went to Taiwan to study and work.Because of the arrival of Lv Shiyi,the development of gemology was pushed to a climax.Of course,Lv Shiyi also had a great influence on Taiwan's territory of book and his book can become a sect,called the Lv sect.He was a leading figure in the style of calligraphy of the Taiwan in the Qing Dynasty.In addition,Yang Jun,the publisher of the the Explanation of QianZiWen,was also an outstanding calligrapher in the Qing Dynasty,and he was also one of the most important representatives of Lv sect calligraphers.Lv Shiyi and Yang Jun,as the leader and representative of the inscription style of the Qing Dynasty,were deeply influenced by the inscription characters.Therefore,in the process of writing the Explanation of QianZiWen,Lv Shiyi and Yang Jun inherited the phenomenon of the different writing of the inscriptions.Through the analysis of the describeddescriptive characters of the Explanation of QianZiWen,it can also help us to understand the characters of the Chinese characters in the style of calligraphy of the Qing Dynasty.In the explanation of related literal phenomenon of the Explanation of QianZiWen,it is used to supplement the former's statement and quote a lot of inscription materials.However,there are also some shortcomings in philology,such as the broad use of terms,the omission of simple citation,and so on.
