Research On The Establishment Of People's Political Power In Qiqihar During The Liberation War

Qiqihar was built in 1691,it was became the political,economic and cultural center of Heilongjiang.After the victory of Anti-Japanese War,Chiang Kai-shek,with the support of United States,snatched the fruits of the victory of Anti-Japanese War and launched a counter-revolutionary civil war.Due to the special geographical location and rich resources of the Northeast,it has become the focus of the "Three Kingdoms and Four Parties" competition.In the early days of Liberation War,according to the development of the situation,the Communist Party of China put forward the policy of establishing the Northeast Base.Qiqihar,as an important city in the northwest of Heilongjiang Province,was the earliest capital city liberated by the Communist Party of China during the Liberation War.This article takes the clues of the Qiqihar people's political power construction during the liberation war as a hint,and analyzes the Qiqihar people's political power's establishment and consolidation in an important way to the victory of Northeast Liberation War.This article is divided into two parts.The first part is an introduction,mainly serve as a review of the history.Since this article involves some regional concepts,relevant geographical concepts are defined in this part.The second part is the main body,divided into three chapters.In chapter 1,it is about "Establishment of the People's Government of Qiqihar during the War of Liberation",this part mainly elaborates on the situation in the Northeast and Qiqihar during Anti-Japanese War,and also describes the "three countries and four parties" in the Qiqihar region,and explains the Qiqihar people toward the process of establishment of the regime.And in chapter 2,it associates with "Consolidation of the Qiqihar People's Government during the War of Liberation." It states the establishment of the Qiqihar People's Government and discusses the establishment of the Qiqihar People's Government.After the establishment of the people's power,taking measures to protect the new people's power is the focus of this chapter.The thesis discusses Qiqihar during the war of liberation from three dimensions: political gangster culling,economic anti-crime liquidation,land reform,and the recovery and development of industry and commerce,and the military Ximan escort and the Qiqihar People's Self-Defense Force.These three dimensions helped to explain the consolidation and development of people's politics in the region.Chapter 3 introduced "The Role of Qiqihar People's Government Establishment During the Liberation War." This part starts from the contributions of Qiqihar people to the frontline of the Northeast Liberation War after the establishment of the Qiqihar region and the promotion of Qiqihar City development.Supporting the front,promoting urban construction,and developing cultural and educational undertakings together illustrate the impact of the establishment of Qiqihar People's Government during the Liberation War on Northeast Liberation War and Qiqihar City Development.
