Along with the change and development of the information age comes the continuous enrichment of cultural context and the phenomenon of image proliferation,which provides an important opportunity for realistic research on the "EYE" as the most directly receiving organ and the field of visual culture related to it.The theory of visual observation has existed for a long time in the west,and the discussion on visual observation has never been stopped.The focus is mainly on the aesthetic acceptance of the objects of visual observation,the distribution of power and the way of visual observation.The concept of "Painter's Eye",first proposed by Merleau-Ponty in his book L'OEIL ET L'ESPRIT is based on the analysis of visual perception from the perspective of visual generation mechanism.This is not only an indispensable part of the theoretical system of visual genetics,but also an important theoretical achievement in the field of visual culture.Return to the concept of "Painter's Eye".Based on the idea that "human beings and the world share the same root and origin",Merleau-Ponty took "Leib"as the link between human beings and the world,believing that the two carry out " Leibhaft" visual behaviors together.This means that the model of subject-object binary opposition established since the time of Rene Descartes has been broken and replaced by the "ambiguous philosophy" that attaches importance to perceptual experience and perceptual knowledge.Another aspect of visual culture outside the "Eye of the Beholder" has been developed.The painter is not only conducting "embodied vision",that is,acting as the same subject with the world and using his own eyes to make visual activities happen.At the same time,it is also carrying out "detached vision",that is,the painter is in the world,and the world as two different subjects.The painter is watching with the world.In the process of analyzing the concept of "Painter's Eye",it can be found that there are many relations between the concept of "Writer's Pen" and "The Picture Core".From the perspective of Aesthetics of Reception,"Painter" and "Writer" can be equated with "Creator" which is opposite to "Aesthetic Receiver".From the perspective of narratology,some paintings with strong narrative also conform to this feature.It should be noted that in addition to direct observation,there should be no lack of analysis and consideration of cultural context to grasp the narrative in paintings.In the latter case,Zhang Xiaogang "The Big Family" series,for example,although there are many horizontal emphasizes intersubjectivity and points to the ambiguous nature of Merleau-Ponty's philosophical system.Secondly,the phenomenon of “Visual-Contact”,that is,although intransitive,but have a sticky brought about by taking "Painter's Eye" as the main body of vision.This article,in addition to trying to clarify the "eye of the painter" definition of relevant theory of rheological and problems,will also be combined with the specific works.Through the analysis of "seeing artistic works with Painter's Eyes" and "seeing the world with Painter's Eyes",analyzing "the problem of the completion of artistic works" and "the problem of the visibility of the world",and restates the important meaning of Merleau-Ponty's “Painter's Eye".Among them,the "works of art to complete sex problem" consists of experience" and "painter's eye-fuzzy aesthetics",it is emphasized that the effect of "Painter's Eyes" in realizing the depth of artistic works is unique and irreplaceable.Finally,the theoretical meaning of "Painter's Eye" is put forward: "resist the landscape,art returns to the world".First of all,this paper focuses on the "Ontology",the "broad ontology" to the "ontology of political life",discusses the topic of "returning to meaning",and carries out the ontological reading of the "natural/political life".Secondly,the significance of "Painter's Eyes" is to reintroduce subjective experience,resist landscape erosion,and make "Aura" return through reenchantment.Thinking along the lines of“the original meaning of ‘Painter's Eyes'-visual culture-the new meaning of ‘Painter's Eyes' ”,this paper will focus on four core texts of Merleau-Ponty: Cezanne's doubts,Eyes and Spirit,The Visible and the Invisible and Phenomenology of Perception.It also refers to the key text like The Structure of Behavior?Signes?Sense and Non-Sense?The Film and the New Psychology and Indirect Language andthe Voices of Silence.Based on the paintings of Cezanne,Rene magritte and Jackson pollock,this paper analyzes Merleau-Ponty's interpretation of this concept,grasps the position of the "Painter's Eye" in Merleau-Ponty's academic thought and visual culture,and clarifies the content and significance of this concept.In addition,based on the current cultural context,this paper reintroduces Merleau-Ponty's vision thought,analyzes the dissolution of modern technology,discourse and other elements to the viewer's subjectivity and the coincidence of "Painter's Eye".The occurrence path of "Painter's Eye" is no longer the secondary reflection between "painter-world",but the innumerable refraction between "painter-media-viewer-world".Under the premise of grasping the original meaning of the theory,this paper reconstructs the "Painter's Eye" based on the background of visual culture.
