| Mu Dan was a poet on the way of exploring new poetry style,and he made outstanding contribution to the construction of new poetry style in China.The tortuous steps of stylistic exploration were also imprinted in his poems,which not only revealed his unique stylistic ideas,but also created his unique style and features.Therefore,starting from the study of style,the thesis makes an in-depth analysis of Mu Dan’ s style by selecting the four stylistic elements: imagery,language,rhetoric and rhythm,which best embody the stylistic features of his new poetry.The thesis discusses the style of Mu Dan’ s new poetry comprehensively and systematically by means of the methods such as close reading,biography,linguistics and rhetoric,sums up the style of Mu Dan’ s new poetry,and tries to find the significance for the style construction of Chinese new poetry.The thesis mainly discusses the following aspects.The first chapter of the text grasps his concept of style from all creation of Mu Dan,combing the performance of his concept of style,practice and origin,points out the important significance of literary genre "trisection" in his new poetry creation.The second chapter discusses the individual imagery,re-creation imagery,space imagery and time imagery of Mu Dan’ s poetry,which shows the characteristics of the anti-tradition,reality and western modernity,it shows the new and true style of Mu Dan’ s new poetry.The third chapter from the vocabulary and sentence structure confirms Mu Dan’ s poetry strategy,to understand the style of Mu Dan’ s poetry.They have elements of drama and narrative,showing an inclusive style,which shows Mu Dan ’s efforts to broaden the space of language expression in his new poetry.The fourth chapter explores Mu Dan’ s rhetorical skills,focusing on the application of four rhetorical methods,paradox,contrast,irony and metaphor,to appreciate the poetic effect of ambiguity in his new poems.Mu Dan’ s rhetoric not only reflects the poet’s wit and thoughtfulness,but also contains the poet’s cultural purport.The fifth chapter according to Mu Dan’ s creation of free style poems and metrical style poems,points out the rhythmcharacteristics of Mu Dan’ s new poems.Mu Dan pursued the harmony between the external rhythm and the internal rhythm,and he paid more attention to the construction of the internal rhythm.The poet dipped his pen into his deep feelings and composed a touching song of life. |
