Under the background of globalization,English,as the important vehicle which widely used in the world for international communication,cultural and technical alternation.The social development in background developing the Students' integrated capacity of language using in English class for primary school is the prime objection in elementary education stage from English courses.The intrinsic quality construction as a bridge for interaction in international communication as one of the reason to enhance the communication ability of public people in international interaction to set up English class in the primary school.In the application process of English the diversification of language knowledge and skill facilitate the integrity of language using.Hence,after the integrating skills in junior middle school English and integrated language using in senior high school English the integrated language using in primary English occurred which aims to be the replacement of English review lessons to base on old knowledge in a unit or the same theme to creating the teaching situation using the language skills to develop the ability to use English language in integrity.However,it have not be a implement in real pedagogical practices.In the pursuit in primary English teaching still exists the condition that teachers just repeat on the old knowledge again and again and ignore the phenomenon when the students in the face of the learned knowledge they will have such tierd appearance,fatigued,weaks those negative induced emotions and ignore stimulation of learning interest and cultivation of integrated capacity of language using.Therefore,optimizing the teaching of integrated language using in primary English class is the significant action to respond the brand new demand.And instructinal designis as teacher's activities which have a purpose and planned the default.Is the best carrier of teaching optimization in practice.This study will stimulate interest in learning to promoteto learning motivation,hence take different new teaching class which students have high interest in learning.But in lack of learning motivation in the Integrated language using in Primary School motivation as aresearch starting point.This research contrapose students' learning interest and how to sustain it in the English integrated language using class and base on ARCS motivational model by documents research,educational practice,questionnaire survey and case study to discuss how the ARCS motivational model apply in the instructional design of English integrated language using class in primary to optimizing the problem of learning interest and sustain it in the classroom teaching.The research mainly includes the following parts:Firstly,combine the scale of ARCS motivational model for measure motivati onal with questionnaire from master's thesis to investigate the motivational condit ion in primary English class of integrated language using of students.In consider ation of the standing level of elementary school students the writer simplify the header of the questionnaire.Then analyze the dates from four aspects:A(attention),R(relevance),C(confidence),S(satisfaction)to comprehend the overall situation of students about attitude to English study and narrow the range of primary English class to integrated language using draw the conclusion in the interesting actuality,to emerge ?what? the problem is.Secondly,by consult literature to clarify the mechanical structure of ARCS motivational model and related research of ARCS teaching application and integr ated language using in English teaching,after this,ascertain the breakthrough poi nt of combination ARCS motivational model and integrated language using prima ry English class in application –instructional design to explain ?why?.Then do th e value analysis at the level of necessity of ARCS motivational model instructio nal design of integrated language using primary English class in theoryThirdly,exemplified the apply for the teaching strategies of ARCS motivational model in the primary English class of integrated language using and confirm the design of ARCS motivational model.The first part is list the example illustration of using ARCS teaching strategies in primary English class of integrated language using instructional design to optimizing it.The second part is ensure the procedure of instructional design from literature consultation as follow: pre-teaching analysis,objectives of teaching determinate,process of teaching settle,result of teaching evaluate.To illustrate ?how?.In accordance with instructional design of ARCS motivational model and with slight modification to determine the instructional design of primary English for integrated language using class base on ARCS motivational model: pre-teaching analysis,objectives of teaching determinate,strategies of teaching select,result of teaching evaluate.Fourthly,on the basis of the above research contents make a sample for the instructional design of integrated language using in primary school for English class based on ARCS motivational model which from English textbook of primary school(PEP)to fourth-grades volume two.In the review,I summarize the whole research about application ARCS motivational model in the instructional design of integrated language using in primary school for English class.State the deficiency of the research and I put the expectation in my future career to perfection these insufficient points.
