Actors in ancient China refer to those who engaged in music,dance and banter,while in Qing Dynasty they refer to opera artists.Actor's professional status is low and despised by the secular world.With the unprecedented prosperity of opera in the Qing Dynasty,actors were highly concerned.During the Kang Yong Qian period,the central and local governments issued a series of policies and decrees to strengthen the management of actors,which directly or indirectly had a significant impact on the Qing government to strengthen the centralization of power and consolidate the rule.This paper starts with the research of actor management,uses the methods of interdisciplinary and comparative research,on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the historical documents of actor management in the period of Kang Yong Qian,and explores the important influence of actor on political culture in the period of Kang Yong Qian through the reverse perspective of actor's low identity and high political attention.In the period of Kang Yong Qian,the traditional management system of actor was reformed,and the combination of education and punishment was adopted to manage actor and actor's acting strictly.At the same time,establish and strengthen local supervision mechanism.Strict and meticulous management plays a positive role in eliminating the bad influence of actors and rectifying the social atmosphere;during the Kang Yong Qian period,the content,time and place of actors' performance were strictly restricted and restricted,so that actors' performance could be controlled by the Qing government and used their influence to carry out propaganda and education,so as to maintain social order and consolidate imperial power politics;the management of actors in Nanfu and Jingshan courts,The establishment of the organization makes the management organization of the court actors more perfect,which has a far-reaching impact on improving the skill level of the actors,inheriting and developing the opera culture.The management of actors in the period of Kang Yong and Qian highlighted the political and cultural significance of actors in the Qing Dynasty.Although the lowly status of the actors of the Qing Dynasty has not changed,its historical role and influence,no matter from the national or social level are worth learning and pondering.
