The Study On The Poet Images In Novels Of New Century

Poets,who inherit the ethos of Chinese literature,has been a unique title in the context of Chinese culture since ancient times.After 1990's,with the development of market economy,the poet's position in the economic society has become more and more marginal.The novelists in the new century extends the literature thinking in transitional period to integrate into the context in the new era,thus building one vivid poet image after another.Based on this,the author centers on the authoritative and influential literature periodicals including People's literature,Harvest,October,Contemporary Era in China mainland and selects novels which take poets as main objects published on above periodicals from 2000 to 2018,and aims to make study on such unique literature image as poets.The purpose of the study is to explore the spiritual struggle went through,aesthetic change perceived by poets as the most sensitive mind of era in social transitional period and the unique significance behind this study.The introduction part is arranged in Chapter one,which mainly clarifies two aspects of questions including uniqueness of poet images in novels of new era and the study on the current situation and makes brief introduction about the research significance and contents of the thesis.The main body includes Chapter two to Chapter four.In Chapter two,the poet images in novels of new era are divided into four types including absentees,misunderstanding readers,lost ones and redeemers according to their ways to relate reality with poems,and explains deeply the spiritual dilemma of poets under new era context.Chapter three starts from the group of images with the highest frequencies of appearance for mental diseases and violence and explores the basic strategy to display poets' mental image in an aesthetic way from two perspectives of poetic feature and meaning reference.Chapter four explores the dual meaning of poet images in novels of new era as mental exampler of contemporary society transition and representation of traditional modern dilemma.Thus,the spiritual core of poet images are expressed from both perspectives of history and aesthetics and the literature landmark of poet images in novels of new era is also confirmed through social and art development vertically and horizontally.The conclusion part summarizes the whole thesis and indicates the unique values of poet images in novels of new century as well as the research ideas of the thesis.
