Research On The Promotion Of Shaanxi Rural Citizens' Moral Construction By Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture

China is a big agricultural country,and the "three rural" issues have always been a problem that needs to be addressed in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a well-off society in an all-round way.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and the related issues of rural development and construction have received more attention and attention.In the subsequent issued"Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy" and the "Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)" documents,detailed planning and interpretation of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy were made.As one of the five general requirements for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural civilization is required to achieve the prosperity and development of spiritual civilization on the basis of the rich development of material civilization.Among them,specific requirements are made for strengthening the moral construction of rural citizens and promoting excellent traditional culture in the rural areas.As the essence of Chinese culture,Chinese excellent traditional culture is the crystallization and high-level summary of my country's advanced culture.Carrying forward and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture is an effective way to enhance the soft power of Chinese culture and enhance the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation.At the same time,the rich connotation of Chinese excellent traditional culture is also an important cultural resource for civic moral construction.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the rich connotation of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the theoretical conformity of the direction of rural civic moral construction,based on the current situation of rural civic moral construction in Shaanxi,study how Chinese excellent traditional culture can promote the moral construction of Shaanxi rural civics,so as to improve the rural citizens of Shaanxi Moral construction effect is the main direction of this thesis.This article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly narrates and explains the research background of the thesis,research significance,research status at home and abroad,the research significance and research methods of the thesis,and innovations.The second part,the connotation and function of Chinese excellent traditional culture,analyzes and summarizes the important meaning of rural cultural revitalization in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.In the third part,the basic theory of rural civic moral construction is explained,and the theoretical issues of Shaanxi rural civic moral construction are explained from three aspects:morality,civic moral construction,and rural civic moral construction.The fourth part is the analysis of the status quo and problems of Chinese excellent traditional culture boosting the construction of rural citizens' morality in Shaanxi.The fifth part is the research on the path of Chinese excellent traditional culture boosting the moral construction of Shaanxi rural citizens.According to the current situation and existing problems of Shaanxi rural civic moral construction,it explores the specific implementation path of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture and boosting the moral construction of Shaanxi rural citizens.
