| All excellent works of art are affected by psychological factors when they are created.By exploring the psychological activities of artists,we can better analyze their artistic works.The early psychological development determines the whole process of psychological evolution,during which some stable psychological characteristics will be shown,thus forming the psychological characteristics of artists.Such psychological characteristics will have a certain influence on the creative thinking of artists,including the motivation of creation,the selection of creative subjects and the construction of creative personality.Artists will try different artistic styles in their lifetime.Even though the artistic styles have changed for many times,the core of their works remains unchanged.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of the major events of balthus’ s emotional experience in his youth on his psychological development,which led to his formation of the psychological characteristics of loneliness and paranoia,thus leading to his formation of a highly personalized artistic style. |
