Puccini was a representative of the "truism" school in the late 19 th and early 20 th centuries.He advocated that the music in the opera should run through the whole,combining the dramatic and musical effects into a whole.In addition,this "truism" style also applies to his vocal chamber music works.His most vocal music inspiration of chamber music works from mythology and religious beliefs,in our learning process can be understood as work background,each song has a different cultural background,for we study vocal music students,this part of the work need to be done before learning to sing songs,this is done to better understand the songs.This paper explores puccini's vocal chamber music works by referring to the second volume of Italian chamber music anthology written by liang ying.This collection of songs is sung by the famous young singers of the opera house bosletto in Italy.This book contains 14 vocal chamber music works by giacomo puccini,among which is the little bird to be studied in this thesis.This paper discusses the musical characteristics and singing of the bird.Let us have more knowledge of puccini's vocal chamber music besides opera.By studying this way of thinking with examples,the artistic characteristics of this music form can be more effectively presented.Therefore,the research results are more scientific in thinking and method and easier to be understood by people.
