On The Role Of Body Language In Modern Dance In The Characterization Of The Drama "Thunder And Rain"

The vivid and lively figures are the window of expression of dance drama works,and the bridge of emotional resonance between choreographers and viewers.Therefore,whether the character image is fresh and three-dimensional is an important criterion for the success of a dance drama.The director needs to accurately choose the blueprint for the creation of the dance drama,and refine the important and dance able characters.Then,through the grasp of the character’s personality characteristics,inner emotions,character relationships and conflicts,the director’s creative ideas are integrated into the character image.Accurately create vivid and lifelike figures through the body language of modern dance,and present them in dance drama works..The use of modern dance language is a problem that choreographers need to pay attention to during the creation of dance dramas,the use of accurate body language of modern dance is related to the effect of dance drama works,and it is also an important criterion for judging and editing ability of directors.The full text consists of an introduction and three chapters.The first chapter,it explains the connotation of modern dance body language,and discusses the artistic characteristics of modern dance body language from four aspects: modernity,originality,diversity and subjectivity,and summarizes the characteristics of modern dance in shaping the image from three aspects: refining the character image,shaping the character and sublimating the character method.In chapter two,the principle of anticipating the transformation of literary works into dance drama works is analyzed,and the advantages and limitations of literary works "Thunderstorm" into modern dance dramas are analyzed.The third chapter briefly introduces the modern dance drama "Thunder and Rain",analyzes the creative concept of the director in this work,it also analyzes the shaping of the characters in "Thunder and Rain" by the body language of modern dance from four aspects: character shaping,character relationship shaping,character emotion shaping,and character fate arrangement.This article not only hopes to master the methods of shaping body image of modern dance body language and apply it to future creations;but also hopes that while mastering the methods,the director’s perception of social lifeand his own creative ideas will be incorporated into it.Many excellent dance drama works are presented in the theater.
