This study uses a combination of questionnaire survey and experimental methods to explore the impact of mindfulness on mental health and quality of life.It is divided into two sub-studies.In the first study,a survey method was used to investigate 437 subjects using the five-factor mindfulness scale(FFMQ),the simplified version of the mental health style questionnaire(MHSQ97)and the concise health scale(SF-36).The study found that:(1)There is no gender difference in the performance of mindfulness,mental health and quality of life of young people;(2)There is an urban-rural difference in the performance of mindfulness and mental health of young people,but there is no urban-rural difference in the performance of life quality;(3)youth There are only-child differences in mental health performance,but there are no only-child differences in mindfulness and quality of life performance;(4)At the.05 significance level,the three of mindfulness,mental health,and quality of life are significantly positive in pairs.Related;(5)Mindfulness and mental health have a positive predictive effect on quality of life,and mental health plays a partial intermediary role between mindfulness and quality of life;(6)Mindfulness and mental health have a positive predictive effect on quality of life,But mental health has no moderating effect on the relationship between mindfulness and quality of life.Study 2 used 2(mindfulness:high and low)*2(group:training group,control group)experimental design between the subjects,with the help of eight weeks of mindfulness decompression training,to further explore the mechanism of mindfulness on mental health and quality of life.The results show that:(1)There is no significant difference in the pre-test scores of mindfulness,mental health and quality of life between the training group and the control group;(2)There are significant differences in the pre-and post-test scores of the mindfulness,mental health and quality of life of the training group There was no significant difference in the mindfulness,mental health,and quality of life test scores in the control group;(3)In the impact on mental health,the main effect of the group was significant;the main effect of mindfulness was not significant,the group The interaction effect with mindfulness is also not significant;while in the impact on quality of life,the main effects of group and mindfulness are both significant,and the interaction is also significant.Through two studies,we can know that if you want to improve people's quality of life,you can not only achieve individual mindfulness through eight weeks of mindfulness decompression training,but also through other ways to improve individual mental health.And the difference of individual mental health improvement is not affected by the original individual mindfulness,so people who have not been exposed to mindfulness related training are suitable for this as an effective way to improve their mental health.The improvement of individual quality of life will be limited by mindfulness.People with high mindfulness can first improve their mental health through other means,so as to achieve a further improvement in quality of life.
