Since the Xia and Shang Dynasty,Shandong showed the process of the integration of Central Culture and Eastern Yi Culture until the Eastern Zhou Dynasty.During the Eastern Zhou Dynasty,there were many ancient kingdoms in Shandong,which were closely connected with the surrounding kingdoms.The ancient kingdoms communicated with each other in various ways,such as circulated objects,spread culture and integrated countries.As two important sources of historical materials,historical documents and unearthed documents construct the basic picture of pre-Qin ancient kingdoms for us.In the Eastern Zhou Dynasty,the most important unearthed documents are the bronze inscriptions.The article tries to analyze the reasons why these foreign bronzes came to Shandong from three perspectives of ancient philology,artefact and historical philology by combing and exploring the eastern Zhou bronzes with clear national inscriptions unearthed in Shandong.The article builds on the basis of the Zhou Dynasty bronzes unearthed in Shandong,focus on mining eligible bronze first-hand archaeological data,extract relevant information of the grave.A total of 16 bronzes unearthed in Shandong were identified from 9 ancient Eastern Zhou kingdoms,namely Chen,Huang,Jiang,Fan,Chu,Wu,Xu,Song and Northern Yan.Through the analysis and research of the historical documents,the article reappears the historical background of the original kingdoms of the artifacts.This paper makes a detailed logical construction of the beginning,beginning fief,lineage and survival of these nine ancient kingdoms.This lays a foundation for understanding the reasons for the appearance of artifacts in Shandong.Through the study of typology and chronology of artifacts and the relevant information of burial,the most likely reason is deduced in the articleBased on the above research,the article suggests that,from the sites of excavations,the artifacts of southern kingdoms are mainly discovered in Lu,Ju,Zhu etc.And artifacts from the Central and the northern kingdoms appeared in the Central and northern regions of Shandong.This is consistent with the geographical characteristics of cultural communication.From the perspective of communication,most of these objects came from union,marriage,war and other factors.This provides a new way for us to understand the communication of cultural factors between the ancient kingdoms in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty.
