| This paper uses two major studies and four experiments to explore the influence of sense of order on self-control,and proves that the sense of power plays a moderating role between the sense of order and self-control.Experiments 1 and 2 of study 1 discussed the effects of sense of order of visual order priming and image order priming on self-control;Experiment 3and Experiment 4 in Study 2 verified that the sense of special power and the sense of situational power play a moderating role between sense of order and self-control.In Experiment 1,a single factor experimental design was used, the visual order(order vs disorder)was the independent variable, and self-control was the dependent variable; In the second experiment,a single factor inter subject design was used, with picture order(order vs disorder)as independent variable and self-control as dependent variable; In Experiment 3,the experimental design was 2(visual order: order vs disorder)* 2(special sense of power: high vs low). The independent variables were visual order(order vs disorder)、idiosyncratic sense of power(high vs low),and the dependent variable was self-control;In Experiment 4,the experimental design was 2(picture order: order vs disorder)* 2(situational sense of power:high vs low). The independent variables were picture order(order vs disorder)、situational sense of power(high vs low),and the dependent variable was self-control.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data of the four experiments, the results were as follows. The results of Experiment 1 showed that visual order had a significant effect on self-control.The results of Experiment 2 showed that picture order had a significant effect on self-control.The results of Experiment 3 showed that trait power significantly moderated the relationship between sense of order and self-control.The results of Experiment 4 show that situational power can significantly regulate the relationship between sense of order and self-control. |
