"Shi yun ji yao " is a composite rhyme book written by Wang Zhideng,who lived in the Wanli period in Ming Dynasty.The whole book with phonetic homophone transcription as the main way of pronunciation.Many methods have been used in this thesis,includling the method of the direct-tone system method,internal analysis method,Luo Changpei "first regulation" "induction method,phonetic analogy method and perspective analysis method.With all these methods,this thesis has taken a close look at the phonological system,drafted the pronunciation of the phonological classification,compared the phonological system of " Tong wen bi kao"??????),modern Suzhou dialect and modern Kunshan dialect.There are five chapters in the full text.The first chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of " Shi yun ji yao ",including the author textual critism,the completion time of the book and the version of the book,method of research and ideas and so on.The second chapter mainly introduces the initials.There are 35 initials in the " Shi yun ji yao",of which there are three sets of affricate and fricative,[ts][tsh][g],[t?][t?h][?]and[ts][tsh][s].In addition,the Feng ? initial is independented.A few words of Xia ? initial and Yu ?initial is merging.Part of the Yi ? initial read into the Yu ? initial,and some words of the Yi initial and Yu initial read into the Ying? initial." Shi yun ji yao "retains voiced initials,but some words have been devoicing.The third chapter mainly introduces the rhyme.There are 70 finals in this book.In the part of the Yin rhyme,some words of Yu? rhyme read into the Yu ? rhyme,and part of the Wei ? rhyme,Qi ? rhyme,Hui? rhyme and Zhi ? rhyme are merging.Some labial words of the You ? rhyme and Hou ? rhyme,which belonging of the Liu She ?? are read into Yu ? rhyme.The Xiao She ?? is divided into two parts.The Kaikou ?? second division words of Ma? rhyme velar and dental have no[i]medial.In the part of Yang rhyme,some words of Zhen ? rhyme and Wen ? rhyme are merging,and some words of Xian ? rhyme and Tian? rhyme are merging,too.The words of articulation with[u]as medial or main vowel of Huan ? rhyme and Shan ? rhyme?Shan ? rhyme are mixing.Dong ?rhyme and dong ? rhyme are merging.Jiang ? rhyme and yang ? rhyme are also mixing.The nasal ending[-m][-n][-?]are mixed.The entering tone ending[-p][-t][-k]are also mixed.In addition,a few words of the voiced obstruent rising tone are change into departing or going tone.The fourth chapter compared the " Shi yun ji yao "(??????)with" Tong wen bei kao "(??????)and modern Suzhou dialect and modern Kunshan dialect.We can found that all four retain the voiced initials,and the Ni ? initial or Niang ? initial have read into the Yi initial.The Jing?initial is the pool of the[ts][tsh][s].However,the Feng initial,the Chan ? initial and the Chuan ? initial of the“Shi yun ji yao "(??????)are independent.The other three are merging.There are many more cross-sectional differences between the four.
